1. General Disclaimer
The information published on this website (privieducation.com) is provided by Privi Education for general informational and educational purposes only. While we make every effort to keep the content accurate, complete, and current, we make no representations or warranties of any kind — express or implied — about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of any information, services, or related content on this website.
Any reliance you place on information from this website is strictly at your own risk. We strongly recommend consulting directly with our counsellors or the relevant authority before making any admission-related decision.
2. Not an Official Government or University Body
Privi Education is an independent private educational consultancy. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any of the following:
- The National Medical Commission (NMC) of India
- The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) of India
- Any state medical counselling authority (including UPTSMAC, HKRNL, RUHS, MPMSU, or others)
- Any Indian or foreign university or medical college featured on this website
- Any embassy, consulate, or visa-issuing authority
Information about universities, government counselling processes, NMC approvals, visa procedures, and eligibility criteria is sourced from publicly available data and our professional experience. It is provided to help students understand their options — it does not constitute an official communication from any institution or authority.
For official and binding information, always refer to the respective university’s website, the NMC portal (nmc.org.in), the MCC portal (mcc.nic.in), or the relevant state counselling authority.
3. No Guarantee of Admission or Outcome
Privi Education facilitates the admission process. We do not guarantee admission to any college or university, whether in India or abroad.
Admission decisions are made solely by the relevant institution or government counselling authority, based on factors including but not limited to NEET score, category, domicile, seat matrix, and institutional eligibility criteria. These factors are outside our control.
Similarly, visa approval is the sole discretion of the embassy or consulate of the destination country. Privi Education’s visa assistance services improve the quality and completeness of your application but do not guarantee visa issuance.
Past success rates and placement figures cited on this website reflect historical outcomes and are not a guarantee of similar results for future students.
4. Fee and Cost Information
Fee structures, tuition costs, hostel charges, and other expenses mentioned on this website are indicative and based on information available at the time of publication. These figures are subject to change by the university or institution at any time without prior notice.
Actual costs may vary depending on the academic year, currency exchange rates, university policy revisions, and individual student circumstances. Students are advised to confirm current fees directly with the university or through our counsellors before making financial commitments.
5. NMC Approval and University Recognition
Privi Education only guides students towards universities and colleges that are, to the best of our knowledge, recognised by the National Medical Commission (NMC) of India and listed with the World Health Organisation (WHO) at the time of publication.
However, NMC recognition status can change. Universities may be added to or removed from approved lists by NMC or other regulatory bodies. It is the student’s responsibility — and we strongly advise — to verify the current NMC approval status of any university directly on the NMC website (nmc.org.in) before applying or making any payment.
Privi Education shall not be held liable for any consequence arising from a change in a university’s recognition status after a student has enrolled.
6. FMGE / NEXT Examination
Students who complete their MBBS from a foreign university and wish to practise medicine in India must qualify the Foreign Medical Graduates Examination (FMGE) or the National Exit Test (NEXT), as applicable, and obtain registration from the NMC.
Privi Education provides general guidance on FMGE/NEXT as part of its post-admission support. This guidance is informational only and does not constitute coaching, academic preparation, or a guarantee of qualification. Students are advised to refer to official NMC communications for the most current examination rules and eligibility criteria.
7. External Links
This website may contain links to third-party websites including university portals, government counselling platforms, embassy pages, and regulatory bodies. These links are provided as a convenience and for informational purposes only.
Privi Education does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices of any external website. Accessing any linked website is entirely at your own risk.
8. Testimonials and Student Stories
Any testimonials, student experiences, or success stories featured on this website are genuine accounts shared voluntarily by students or parents. They reflect individual experiences at a specific point in time and under specific circumstances.
These accounts are not intended to represent typical results and should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of similar outcomes. Every student’s profile, score, category, budget, and target destination is different, and outcomes will vary accordingly.
9. Content Changes and Availability
The content on this website is reviewed and updated periodically. However, we do not guarantee that all content is current at the time you read it. Admissions information in particular — including counselling dates, seat matrices, fee structures, and eligibility rules — changes frequently during the academic cycle.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or remove any part of this website at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss arising from temporary or permanent unavailability of any page or service on this website.
10. Professional Advice Disclaimer
The content on this website does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or regulatory advice. Specific questions about visa eligibility, legal requirements, loan obligations, or medical licensing should be directed to qualified professionals in the relevant field.
Our counsellors are experienced in MBBS admissions and can provide informed guidance within that scope. They are not lawyers, financial advisors, or licensed medical practitioners.
11. Limitation of Liability
